Serments, rock band led by its charismatic frontwoman Vanessa since 2005, has really taken life and evolved among the Parisian scene since 2007. With their first 5 title EP " Gone Away ", completely autoproduced and released in 2008, the group went on stage and met the public with success (Ninkasi Kao, Space B, Pub ADK or even while taking part to the Fallenfest) and ran with groups such as Lunatic Age, Madame de Montespan, Hey Hey My My, Devianz … In spring 2009, the band recorded a much more accomplished and more constructed first album. Completely composed by Vanessa and her guitarist Romain, the album was recorded and mixed by one of the most recommended specialist in the circle, Christian Carvin (Eths, Caedes, Curtiss,...), at the All Production Studio’s. The band has then revealed a skillful mixture of a furious, clear and confident voice, heavy riffs tinged with melancholic atmospheres, which make of this first album a key element enabling the band to suggest a music rich in feelings. Well determined to show all the strength of their universe and all the energy emanating from the combo when on stage, led by this female voice, in a style too often reserved to men. Be aware, they're coming in 2010... And it's gonna rock!
